A man's dash cam in Delhi records hooligans pestering him on a major route, 4 detained

The victim's automobile was stopped by a group of young guys on bikes close to the Nangloi Railway Station metro in north Delhi, as seen in the video. Praveen Jangra, a Twitter user, used the social networking site to call for punishment against some hooligans who had harassed him on a popular road in Delhi.

His car's dash camera recorded the incident, which was afterwards posted online. Harendra Kumar Singh, the deputy commissioner (outer) of the Delhi Police, became aware of the problem after the video went viral and verified the Wednesday arrest of four people.

Jangra accused the unnamed males of beating him and referred to them as hooligans. "Some thugs attacked me after stopping me in the middle of the road. At Nangloi Railway Station Metro, all that transpired did so. The nation's capital has seen a rise in this kind of hooliganism. Jangra tweeted on Monday, posting the footage, "@DelhiPolice should look into the case & take strict action against these guys.

A gang of young men on bikes stopped the automobile in the video near the metro station for the Nangloi Railway Station in north Delhi. Jangra kept screaming with them to stop as they surrounded the driver's side and verbally attacked him while asking to see the car's paperwork. The event was captured on tape on Sunday night at 9 p.m. After scaring the driver, the group of about seven to eight people got on their bikes and rode away.

According to Jangra, the argument started when he objected to the owner of the Bullet using a dipstick while there was a red light, which he claimed seemed to enrage the accused.
