This statement of the IAF comes in the wake of speculations being made by some sections regarding the cause of the helicopter crash, in which the possibility of sabotage is also being expressed.

Raut said, such accidents create suspicion

Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut had said on Thursday that General Rawat’s death has raised doubts in the minds of the people. Rajya Sabha member Raut said that recently General Rawat had played an important role in preparing the country’s military strategy against China and Pakistan. So when such accidents happen, doubts arise in the minds of the people. He said General Rawat had a state-of-the-art two-engine helicopter. Raut claimed that the entire country and the leadership were astonished by this accident and that the Defense Minister or the Prime Minister should clear all doubts.

Chinese media rejected the conspiracy theory

When asked about the possible hand of China behind this accident, the Chinese state media vehemently rejected any conspiracy.

Action will be taken in Karnataka against those who express happiness.

Condemning the irresponsible posts on internet media and expressing happiness over General Rawat’s death, Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai on Friday said he has directed the police to identify such people and initiate legal action, according to PTI. .

Group Captain Varun Singh undergoing treatment

The Chief Minister also said that Air Force Group Captain Varun Singh, the lone survivor of the helicopter crash, is being treated at the best of the Air Force Command Hospital in Bengaluru. He also wished Varun Singh a speedy recovery. Bommai and Governor Thaawarchand Gehlot had visited the hospital on Thursday to inquire about his health.
