Airtel today launched the Airtel Xstream Premium platform on its digital entertainment platform. Through this, customers will get 15 video OTT entertainment content on a single platform. For this Airtel customers will have to pay Rs 149 monthly.
Airtel Xstream Premium will get access to 14 OTT platforms including
Sony Liv, Sony Liv, Eros Now, Lion Saget Play, Hoichoi, Manoramamax, Shemaroo, Ultra, Hungamaplay, Apikon, Docube, DivoTV, Click, Namaflix, Dollywood, ShortsTV. Access to OTT platform will be available. It will also provide access to a huge entertainment content collection with over 10,500 movies and shows as well as live channels.

Users can also access Airtel Xstream Premium on mobiles, tablets, laptops and TVs from Xstream set-top-boxes through the app or web.
OTT subscription will be around 16.50 crores in 3 years.
By 2025, India’s OTT subscription market is expected to grow to Rs.14993 crores from the current 3750 crores. At the same time the subscription will triple with around 16.50 crores. Currently, customers have to manage multiple apps and subscriptions at once.
Airtel is targeting 20 million subscriptions with this stellar offering and is collaborating with several other OTT players to make Airtel Xstream Premium the destination of digital entertainment in India.
