New Delhi, September 22 – The All India Management Association (AIMA) today announced the winners of its prestigious National Competition for Young Managers 2025, and the spotlight was firmly on Samriddhi, who emerged as the Best Young Manager.

The grand finale, held in New Delhi, brought together promising professionals from leading corporations across India. In a field known for its demanding tests of strategic thinking, leadership, and crisis management, Samriddhi’s performance stood out for its clarity of vision and practical problem-solving.

A native of Patna, Bihar, Samriddhi is currently posted as a Senior Engineer with BOSCH Limited in Pune. Colleagues describe her as a meticulous planner and an innovative thinker—qualities that shone through in the multi-round contest.

Samriddhi comes from a family steeped in public service and education. Her father, Virendra Kumar Shukla, serves as Deputy Director and Public Relations Officer to the Chief Minister of Bihar, while her mother, Pallavi Shukla, is a homemaker.

Winning the AIMA title, Samriddhi said the award is “a recognition of not just individual effort but also of the support system—family, mentors, and workplace—that shapes a professional.”

The AIMA National Competition for Young Managers, now in its latest edition, is regarded as a career-defining platform, where participants present solutions to real-world management challenges before a jury of industry leaders.

Samriddhi’s achievement is more than a personal milestone; it signals the growing presence of young women from smaller cities in India’s corporate leadership pipeline—a trend that is reshaping the country’s management landscape.
