Chahatt Khanna Builds Women-Led Workforce, Empowers 50–60 Families on Women’s Day
Actor-entrepreneur transforms her organisation with an all-women warehouse team and 90% women workforce in factory, promoting financial independence.
On the occasion of International Women’s Day, actor and entrepreneur Chahatt Khanna is celebrating more than just a symbolic gesture — she is celebrating a powerful transformation within her own organization.
In a bold and heartfelt move, Khanna recently transitioned her warehouse team to be entirely women-led, while her factory workforce is now composed of 90% women. What began as a conscious shift toward inclusion has evolved into a deeply meaningful mission — one that is directly impacting 50 to 60 households.
Speaking about the change, Chahatt Khanna shared:
“Women’s Day is about celebrating something that is truly close to my heart. Recently, I made a big shift — our warehouse team is now entirely women, and our factory workforce is 90% women. I’ve witnessed firsthand what happens when women take the reins. Productivity has soared, but more than that, the dedication and sincerity they bring is undeniable. This isn’t about comparing genders — it’s about recognizing the impact. Through this shift, we are now supporting 50 to 60 households. Women’s empowerment isn’t just a phrase for me — it’s seeing that when we create opportunity, we uplift entire communities. And that’s something to be proud of, not just today, but every day.”
Khanna emphasized that empowering women goes far beyond corporate statistics. For her, it is about creating sustainable livelihoods and ensuring financial independence for women who, in turn, support their families and strengthen their communities.
By consciously building a women-led workforce, she is not only fostering workplace equality but also setting an example of how businesses can actively participate in social change. This Women’s Day, her initiative stands as a reminder that real empowerment begins with opportunity — and when women rise, entire households rise with them.
