Bihar Participates as Partner State in World Food India 2023, Attracts Foreign Investors

Bihar, one of the leading food producing states in India, is participating as a partner state in the second edition of World Food India 2023. The event, which is being held from November 3 to 5 at Pragati Maidan in Delhi, is expected to attract a large number of foreign investors and delegates from the food industry.

The Invest Bihar Pavilion at World Food India 2023 is showcasing a wide range of food products from Bihar, including fruits and vegetables, processed foods, dairy products, and meat products. The pavilion is also highlighting the state's investment-friendly policies and its potential as a food processing hub.

On the first day of the event, the Invest Bihar Pavilion attracted a large number of visitors, including foreign investors and delegates from the food industry. Representatives from many countries, including Japan, held meetings with officials of the Department of Industries, Government of Bihar, to discuss investment opportunities in the state.

The MSME and startup stalls at the Invest Bihar Pavilion were also very popular with visitors. Rakesh Masala's new products attracted a lot of attention at the MSME stall, while MBA Makhanawala's 9 different flavors of roasted makhana and makhana cookies were a hit with visitors at the startup stall.

Shravan Kumar Roy, founder of MBA Makhanawala, said that the restaurant product is special this time and is attracting a lot of people. He also said that he is hopeful of getting new orders and investors through World Food India 2023.
