Case involving alleged false news regarding Aaradhya Bachchan will be heard by the Delhi High Court
Aaradhya Bachchan, granddaughter of Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan and daughter of Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan, has filed a lawsuit in Delhi High Court against YouTube channels for spreading false information regarding her health. 11-year-old Aaradhya Bachchan reportedly requested an injunction against false media reports about her due to her age. She was recently spotted with her actress mother Aishwarya Rai at the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre's grand opening in Mumbai. At the occasion, the mother-daughter pair gladly posed for photos with the press while wearing traditional attire.
According to a Zoom report, Aaradhya has petitioned 10 organisations to "de-list and deactivate all videos" regarding her. The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (Grievance Cell) as well as Google LLC have been included as parties to the lawsuit.
The plea, which was submitted by the law firm Anand and Naik, allegedly stated that the defendants' only goal was to illegally profit off Amitabh Bachchan's fame.

Aaradhya's grandparents, senior actor Amitabh Bachchan and both Aishwarya and Abhishek, frequently post pictures of her on social media.
