23-Year-Old Tries to Enter Salman Khan’s Home, Says He Just Wanted to Meet Him

In a concerning incident earlier this week, a 23-year-old man managed to illegally enter actor Salman Khan’s residence at Galaxy Apartments in Mumbai. The man, identified as Jitendra Kumar Singh from Chhattisgarh, was taken into custody by Mumbai Police on May 20 after he was caught trying to sneak into the building.
According to police sources cited by NDTV, Jitendra was first spotted loitering near Salman’s Bandra home around 9:45 am that morning. A police officer posted for Salman’s security asked him to leave, which reportedly angered him. In frustration, he smashed his own phone on the ground.
Later that same day, at around 7:15 pm, Jitendra managed to enter Galaxy Apartments by slipping in using a car belonging to another resident of the building. However, he was stopped again—this time by police—and handed over to the Bandra police station.
During questioning, Jitendra said he only wanted to meet Salman Khan. “The police weren’t letting me see him, so I was trying to hide,” he told officers.
He has since been arrested, and a case has been registered against him. Police are currently investigating further. It remains unclear whether Salman Khan was at home when the incident took place.
