Dharmendra and First Wife Prakash Kaur Celebrate 71 Years of Marriage; Bobby Deol Shares Heartfelt Photo

Actor Bobby Deol took to Instagram on Thursday to share a heartfelt post celebrating his parents, Dharmendra and Prakash Kaur, on their 71st wedding anniversary. The couple was seen wearing garlands around their necks, marking this beautiful milestone together.

In the photo, Prakash sat beside Dharmendra, and both smiled warmly at the camera. Bobby captioned the picture, “Happy anniversary, Maa and Papa ❤️❤️.”

Fans and friends flooded the comments with warm wishes. Actor Arjun Rampal wrote, “God bless ❤️,” while a close friend added, “Most adorable pic. Wishing uncle and aunty a very happy anniversary.” Another fan simply said, “Happy Anniversary to the most lovely couple.”

Dharmendra married Prakash Kaur back in 1954, before he made his Bollywood debut. He was just 19 years old then. Together, they have four children, including actors Sunny and Bobby Deol. Dharmendra later met Hema Malini on the sets of their 1970 film Tum Haseen Main Jawaan. The two got married years later and have two daughters, Esha Deol and Ahana Deol.

Bobby has been enjoying a career revival after starring in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal, alongside Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna. He was also seen in Kanguva with Suriya. Fans can next catch him playing a villain in the upcoming spy thriller Alpha, starring Alia Bhatt and Sharvari, directed by Shiv Rawail as part of the YRF Spy Universe.

Dharmendra was last seen in the romantic comedy Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya, which starred Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon.
