FIR was filed after a fake Max hospital website searched for prospective organ buyers

The website, which asks visitors to get in touch if they want to sell a kidney, is also accessible through Google searches, according to the lawsuit.
Gurugram: Max Healthcare has reported anonymous individuals to the authorities for setting up a bogus website in its name that advertises kidney vendors online. According to authorities, Dinesh Khullar, a physician at the hospital, is also mentioned on the website.

"According to the complaint, Max Healthcare Limited is "strictly against the black market and trafficking of human kidneys in any manner whatsoever. The present complaint is to unearth the accused persons who are using a fake identity and a fake website in order to conceal their whereabouts while taking advantage of the complainant's long-standing and arduously cultivated reputation and goodwill."
Following the report, a senior police official at the Cyber Crime, South Police Station filed a FIR under Section 66-C of the IT Act against unidentified people on Thursday night.
