According to a study, people who sleep for 9 or 10 hours every night are 21 percent more likely to suffer from obesity within 6 years than those who sleep between 7 to 8 hours.

People who sleep late are seen to have high blood pressure problems. According to the Sleep Foundation, people who sleep for more than 9 hours are prone to some health related problem. Actually, people who sleep late in the morning do not get proper sunlight and the hormones of the body start losing their balance. According to a research by NCBI, people who sleep more are at a higher risk of getting depression. 15 percent of people suffering from depression sleep more. To avoid this problem, sleeping more should be controlled.
