7,000+ People Celebrate IAS Dinesh Kumar Rai's Promotion in Grand Homecoming

A felicitation ceremony was organized in village Kushhi, Kargahar, Rohtas for Shri Dinesh Kumar Rai, IAS, Secretary, Government of Bihar (Revenue and Land Reforms Department) on his promotion.

A grand welcome was given at Belvaiya Chowk of Dinara Block in which about thousands of people were present, and there was a convoy of about 1200 vehicles. Further, in the premises of Dinara Baldev High School Dinara, he was welcomed under the leadership of Mr. Manoj Patel of Patel Yuva Manch. After this, Ajay Kumar Singh, Rajiv Kumar and others gave a grand welcome in Patel Nagar of Kochas Bazaar via Chitavan Bridge.

After this, garlands were placed on the statues of Mahatma Gandhi and Baba Bhim Rao Ambedkar near Kochas Chauraha. A grand welcome was given by local people of all communities at other places near Kochas Block Office, Parasia Village, Balthari Stand, Khaira College Semaria Chhalka, Dibiya, Sirsia Mod, Karghar Bazaar, Pandeypur, Soni Village. After reaching the venue in Kushhi, he garlanded the statue of his father Late Shri Ramayan Rai (Mukhiya Ji), and addressed the people after reaching the cultural program at this place.

He made today's youth aware and also instructed them to stay connected with the field of education and their society and rural environment. The Mukhiya, BDC, Sarpanch and other social people addressed the gathering. More than 7000 people from all communities of the three blocks (Kochas, Kargahar, Shivsagar) participated enthusiastically in this felicitation ceremony.
