Bihar Cabinet Approves 121 Development Schemes Worth ₹20,000 Crore Announced During Pragati Yatra

Honorable Chief Minister Shri Nitish Kumar announced a total of 188 schemes worth Rs 20 thousand crores in the Pragati Yatra series in the districts of North Bihar, out of which a total of 121 schemes have been approved by the Council of Ministers and 67 schemes at the department level.
The above information was given by Dr. S. Siddharth, Additional Chief Secretary of the Cabinet Secretariat Department and told that the Council of Ministers had earlier approved 39 agendas related to Pragati Yatra and a total of 82 schemes were approved in today's Council of Ministers meeting. Thus, out of the announcements made by the Council of Ministers in the Pragati Yatra series, a total of 121 announcements were approved.
Today the Council of Ministers approved 05 schemes worth Rs 495.12 crore under Urban Development and Housing Department, 02 schemes worth Rs 64.69 crore under Rural Works Department, 07 schemes worth Rs 344.01 crore under Tourism Department, 04 schemes worth Rs 663.61 crore under Energy Department, 12 schemes worth Rs 3645.67 crore under Water Resources Department, 02 schemes worth Rs 862.34 crore under Health Department, 01 scheme worth Rs 56.8 crore under Education Department, 01 scheme worth Rs 42.37 crore under Cabinet Secretariat Department, 03 schemes worth Rs 153.89 crore under Sports Department, 42 schemes worth Rs 6577.38 crore under Road Construction Department and 03 schemes worth Rs 236.25 crore under Industries Department 01 scheme each of liquor prohibition, production and registration department and revenue and land reform department was approved. In the last meeting of the cabinet, 39 schemes were approved by the cabinet.
