Bihar Education Department Posts 10,322 Women Teachers, Ends Long-Standing Confusion

The education department has taken a big step regarding the transfer and posting of women teachers in Bihar. On Monday, the department has released the details of posting of 10,322 women teachers, after which thousands of female teachers have got relief from the long-standing confusion.
According to the details released by the education department, 881 female teachers, who were allotted districts but did not get schools, have also been allotted schools. Along with this, 1063 female teachers, who could not be allotted either district or school due to less number of teachers in the current school, have also got posting in the school.
At the same time, 8378 female teachers from class 6 to 12 have also been transferred. Out of these, 2043 female teachers have been allotted both district and school. The remaining 6335 female teachers have been allotted districts. After district allocation to these teachers, the district establishment committee will allocate schools.
At present, this step of the Education Department is being considered a major initiative towards better posting of teachers and strengthening the education system.
