Bihar Revenue Department Rankings: Banka Tops April Performance with 65.52 Marks, East Champaran Jumps to 3rd

The Revenue and Land Reforms Department has prepared a scale to hold all districts to standards on the basis of performance. Which districts are leading and which are lagging in the implementation of eight major public utility schemes. This is continuously assessed at the department level.
Monthly review of schemes
All aspects related to schemes are properly reviewed on a monthly basis at the level of the departmental Additional Chief Secretary. On this basis, ranking of blocks, subdivisions and districts is prepared, and those whose performance is poor, their respective officials are warned.
Basis of review
Based on the performance on parameters like revenue related works like mutation, refinement plus, Abhiyan Basera-2, Aadhaar seeding, ADM court, DCLR court, e-measurement and collector court, Banka district has won. At the same time, Sheikhpura has secured the second position. East Champaran (third), Jehanabad (fourth) and Buxar (fifth) have secured the position.
So many marks have been fixed for this
For ranking of districts, marking is done on the basis of implementation of each scheme. Different marks have been fixed for different schemes.
1. Supervision of Dakhil-Khraaj: 25 marks
2. Supervision of Parimarjan Plus: 25 marks
3. Abhiyan Basera 2: 20 marks
4. Status of Aadhar seeding: 5 marks
5. ADM Court: 2.5 marks
6. DCLR Court: 2.5 marks
7. E-Maapi: 10 marks
8. DM Court: 10 marks
Government Land Verification Report
Sheikhpura is at the top in the matter of government land verification report. Here 96.40 percent plots are verified. Lakhisarai is at the second place, where 94.21 percent plots are verified. West Champaran (91.51 percent) is at the third position, Arwal (88.19 percent) at the fourth and Buxar (88.04 percent) at the fifth. On the basis of ranking in the month of April, Banka has secured the first position by securing 65.52 marks out of 100. This time Sheikhpura has slipped one position to the second position. It has got 64.61 marks. Among these, East Champaran has taken a long leap and reached the third position directly from the 22nd position.
Mutation of government land
East Champaran is at the top among the top five districts under this category. Here 62.98 percent of the cases have been disposed of. On the other hand, Supaul is at the second position, where 54.39 percent of the cases have been settled. On the other hand, Rohtas is at the third position, where 53.04 percent of the cases have been disposed of. Arwal is in fourth place, where 50 percent of the cases have been disposed of. Munger (49.45 percent) is in fifth place. The big thing is that the disposal process has not yet started in Araria, Buxar, Lakhisarai, Saharsa and Sitamarhi.
