Bihar Sanskrit Board Exam Begins; Chairman Conducts Surprise Inspection

The Madhyama Examination 2026, conducted by the Bihar Sanskrit Education Board, began on Monday. On the first day of the examination, Board Chairman Mrityunjay Kumar Jha conducted a surprise inspection of the Suraj Narayan Singh Dev Narayan Gudmaita examination center in Madhubani district to review the examination arrangements.
During the inspection, the Chairman visited the examination halls and closely observed the attendance of candidates, distribution of question papers, arrangement of answer sheets, and all procedures related to the conduct of the examination. He obtained information from the center superintendent and teachers about the examination arrangements and provided necessary instructions for a peaceful and fair examination.
The Chairman stated that the Bihar Sanskrit Education Board has made special preparations for the successful conduct of the Madhyama examination this year. Supervisors have been appointed to ensure a malpractice-free environment at the examination centers, and the Board is continuously monitoring the situation. He stated that all centers have been instructed to conduct the examination in a completely transparent, disciplined, and peaceful environment.
During the surprise inspection, he also interacted with the candidates and encouraged them to take the exam diligently. He stated that students' hard work and discipline are crucial for the development of Sanskrit education.
It is noteworthy that the Madhyama Examination-2026 is being held from March 16th to March 19th. The exam is being conducted in two shifts daily. The first shift is for the morning session and the second shift is for the afternoon session.
On the first day of the examination, the examination was conducted in a peaceful and orderly environment at all centers. The Board Chairman's surprise inspection demonstrated greater vigilance and discipline in the examination system.
