The tenth meeting of the Executive Committee of Bihar Vikas Mission was held today under the chairmanship of Chairman, Executive Committee, Bihar Vikas Mission - cum - Chief Secretary, Bihar.

The meeting was attended by Additional Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary and Secretary of various departments of the State Government and detailed discussions were held on the progress of ongoing projects under Bihar Vikas Mission. The work being done under Saat Nishchay and Saat Nishchay 2 was reviewed in the meeting and discussions were also held on upcoming schemes, reforms and developmental steps.

While reviewing the works of various departments in this meeting, new ways and measures were also highlighted to achieve the objectives of the mission. Special guidelines were given to ensure more coordination, transparency and efficiency in development works.

On this occasion, the Chief Secretary expected the officers to speed up the objectives of the mission and ensure that the benefits of development works reach the people of the state directly.

The discussions and decisions taken in the meeting will prove to be an important step in the overall development of the state.
