BSPTCL Conducts Training Workshop on ERP & Financial Management Systems

Bihar State Power Transmission Company Limited (BSPTCL) organized a one-day training cum workshop in Vidyut Bhawan. In this workshop, all the officials and employees of the Human Resources Department and Accounts Department of the regional offices were trained.

Information was given about the smooth operation of ERP HCS (Human Capital Management) and Pay Roll Applications and FLM in the workshop. Let us tell you that ERP system is implemented in BSPTCL, due to which all the work related to human resources, accounting and technology is being done online. Fine Life Cycle Management (FLM) is also implemented in the company, due to which financial processes have become more transparent and effective.

BSPTCL organizes such training programs for its officers and employees from time to time so that they can get acquainted with new technologies and systems.

General Manager (Human Resources & Administration), General Manager (Finance & Accounts), Chief Engineer (Training) and other senior officers of the headquarters were present in this workshop.
