Bundelkhand University Explores Govt Schemes, Strengthens Incubation Initiatives

Special Report by Manjari Bundelkhand University has opened its doors to various schemes of the Central and State Governments. The University’s Incubation Centre is a small but significant step in this direction.

This was stated by Professor Dr. Mukesh Pandey, Vice-Chancellor of Bundelkhand University, during an informal discussion on Monday with Harendra Pratap Singh, Joint Director, Ministry of MSME, Government of India. Mr. Singh highlighted that the entire Bundelkhand region and Bundelkhand University can work as valuable complementary partners towards achieving the vision of Viksit Bharat (Developed India) and together script a new chapter of progress.

On this occasion, Dr. Pandey sought detailed information regarding various schemes of the Government of India for the benefit of the University and directed his energetic team of Professors to escort the Joint Director on a visit to different departments, particularly the Incubator Centre and the Multi Mass Media Centre.

Professor Sunil Kabia and Dr. Kaushal Tripathi gave detailed presentations on the activities of the Incubation Centre and the Multi Mass Media Centre, respectively. Also present during the visit was Sardar Maninder Singh, a noted social worker and education entrepreneur from Datia district of neighboring Madhya Pradesh.

After a fruitful brief visit in the University campus, Shri Pratap advised the authority to open a Community Radio Station in the University.

He hoped that it will be a game changer in the University as well as in the region. The books " Ram Sab Ke Hain " and " Sabka Chahi Dilli " written by Harendra Pratap were presented to the VC during the visit.
