The newly elected Legislative Councilor Shri Bhagwan Singh Kushwaha was sworn in at the occasion, and the Chief Minister Shri Nitish Kumar was there to witness the ceremony. Within the confines of his office, Shri Awadhesh Narayan Singh, Executive Chairman of the Bihar Legislative Council, administered the oath of office and secrecy to Shri Bhagwan Singh Kushwaha.
