CM Announces Rs 2 Lakh Aid for Families of Bihar Residents Killed in Lucknow Bus Fire

Chief Minister Shri Nitish Kumar has expressed deep condolences on the death of five people of Bihar due to fire near Mohanlalganj in Lucknow in a bus going from Begusarai to Delhi. The Chief Minister has said that this incident is extremely sad and he is deeply saddened by this incident.

The Chief Minister has directed the Resident Commissioner, New Delhi to coordinate with the Government of Uttar Pradesh and make arrangements to send the bodies of the deceased to their native places.

The Chief Minister has announced to give two lakh rupees each to the closest dependents of the deceased from the Chief Minister's Relief Fund.

The Chief Minister has prayed to God to give strength to the family members of the deceased to bear patience in this hour of grief.
