CM Nitish Kumar Inspects Khelo India Venue, Encourages Players in Begusarai

Chief Minister Shri Nitish Kumar today inspected the sports complex of 'Khelo India Youth Games 2025' at Yamuna Bhagat Stadium located in Teghra block of Begusarai district and met the players. During the meeting, the Chief Minister interacted with the players participating in 'Khelo India Youth Games 2025' from West Bengal, Delhi, Chandigarh, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Odisha, Jharkhand and Bihar and encouraged them.

During this, the Chief Minister observed the football match between women players of Andhra Pradesh and Haryana at Yamuna Bhagat Stadium. The Chief Minister visited the stadium premises and greeted the players and spectators from different states by waving his hand. The players and spectators greeted the Chief Minister by clapping. In the program, Sports Minister Shri Surendra Mehta and Begusarai District Magistrate Shri Tushar Singla welcomed the Chief Minister by presenting him a bouquet of flowers, a memento and 'Khelo India' kit.

On this occasion, Union Textiles Minister Shri Giriraj Singh, Deputy Chief Minister Shri Samrat Chaudhary, Water Resources and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Shri Vijay Kumar Chaudhary, Revenue and Land Reforms and Minister in charge of Begusarai District Shri Sanjay Saraogi, Sports Minister Shri Surendra Mehta, MLA Shri Raj Kumar Singh, former Minister Mrs. Manju Verma, Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister Shri Deepak Kumar, Additional Chief Secretary of General Administration and Sports Department Dr. B. Rajender, Secretary to the Chief Minister Shri Kumar Ravi, Deputy Inspector General of Police of Begusarai region Shri Ashish Bharti, District Magistrate of Begusarai Shri Tushar Singla, Superintendent of Police Shri Manish along with other dignitaries and senior officers were present.
