Deepwatch Opens Bengaluru Global Capability Centre to Advance AI-Driven Cybersecurity

Deepwatch, a global leader in Precision Managed Detection and Response (MDR), on Wednesday inaugurated its new Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Bengaluru, marking a key milestone in its global expansion.

Unlike conventional cybersecurity tools, Deepwatch provides an outcome-based solution that integrates artificial intelligence with human expertise, enabling measurable reductions in cybercrime and enhanced efficiency of global security operations.

The Bengaluru GCC will serve as a hub for engineering, research, and development, tapping into India's deep pool of software, AI, and cybersecurity talent. The facility is designed for 24/7 development cycles and cross-regional collaboration, ensuring faster product enhancements for clients across North America, Western Europe, and globally.

John DiLullo, CEO of Deepwatch, said, "Our investment in Bengaluru is more than a new office. It represents our commitment to delivering exceptional AI-powered cybersecurity solutions. Deepwatch's Agentic solutions not only protect our customers from cyber threats but also optimize the efficiency of security operations worldwide."

In a media Q&A, DiLullo explained how Deepwatch is fundamentally different from existing automation tools. "We don't see ourselves as a tool but as an outcome-based solution," he said. "We apply AI alongside our human experts to the customer's existing systems to achieve measurable results. Clients experience fewer incidents, improved SOC efficiency, and better peace of mind."

Channabasappa added, "Cyber adversaries evolve constantly, often using AI to generate new threats. Our approach combines agentic AI with human oversight, ensuring robust, proactive protection. Explainable AI lets analysts understand every step of the process, reducing errors and alert fatigue while improving response efficiency."

Deepwatch's R&D focuses on combating evolving nation-state attacks, AI-powered threats, and the rapid exploitation of vulnerabilities in existing systems and tools.

"AI helps us stay ahead of attackers who constantly adapt," DiLullo said. "Combining AI with human experts allows us to respond to novel threats that traditional automation cannot handle."

Deepwatch serves about 200 customers, mostly in North America and Western Europe. While India currently has no direct clients, multinational companies with Indian operations benefit from the protection provided by Deepwatch.
