Five of a Family Found Dead in Mathura, Suicide Note Cites Debt and Financial Distress

A heartbreaking incident occurred in the Raya police station area of the holy city of Mathura, where five members of a family allegedly committed suicide by consuming a poisonous substance. The bodies of 35-year-old farmer Manish, his wife Seema, two daughters Honey and Priyanshi, and two-year-old son Pankaj were found. Upon receiving the news of the deaths, chaos gripped the area, and a large police force arrived at the scene. The scene inside the house stunned even officers. The suicide note written on the wall of the house stated that financial hardship and debt were the reasons for the suicide.

Horrifying Scene Inside the House

According to police, when neighbors noticed no movement in the house and found the door locked, they became suspicious and informed the police. Upon breaking the door, the bodies of all five members were found inside the room. Initial investigation revealed that the head of the family first poisoned his children and wife and then took his own life. Remnants of the poisonous substance were recovered from the scene. Police have taken the bodies into custody and sent them for post-mortem.

Pain Written on the Wall: "We Are Helpless"

The most shocking aspect of this incident is the message written on the wall of the house. Instead of writing on paper, the suicide note was written on the wall. The head of the family, describing their helplessness and financial hardship, wrote that they were burdened with debt and had no way out. These words written on the wall brought tears to the eyes of everyone who visited. The police are preserving these words as evidence.

Debt and Hardship Turned Deadly

Interrogation of local residents and relatives revealed that the family had been facing severe financial difficulties for some time. The head of the family had substantial debt, which he was unable to repay. This mental stress led him to take such a horrific step. The police are now also searching for those from whom the family had borrowed money to determine if they were being harassed.

Forensic team and police engaged in investigation

Senior Mathura police officers have inspected the scene. The forensic team has collected fingerprints and samples of the writing on the wall. Police say that prima facie, the case appears to be a case of mass suicide, but the situation will become clear only after the post-mortem report is received. Police have been deployed to maintain security and peace in the area.
