Gang Rape of 12th-Class Student in Alwar: Main Accused Agniveer Arrested in Uttarakhand
An incident of gang rape of a 12th-class student was reported in Alwar, Rajasthan. The main accused in this incident is Agniveer in the army. Police say that the accused Bhavesh reached duty after committing the crime and joined duty. When the police got information during the investigation, the police contacted the army officials. With the help of the army, the accused has been caught in Uttarakhand. The Alwar police team has left for Uttarakhand to arrest him.
According to the information, the victim had registered a case in Kathumar police station of Alwar on July 22. In this, the victim had said that her friend's relative called her from home at night and took her to the forest on a bike. His friends were present there. All of them gang-raped her. After the incident, the accused started pressuring the victim and her family to compromise.
The victim, upset, wrote a letter to Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma and appealed for help. When this matter came into the headlines, the police came under pressure. The police immediately arrested one accused, but the other accused were absconding. The main accused in this case, Bhavesh Jat, a resident of Jatwada, was absconding. During the investigation, the police came to know that Bhavesh had recently become Agniveer in the army. Bhavesh had called the victim.
Alwar SP Anand Sharma said that as soon as the information about the case was received, the army officials were contacted in this regard. Bhavesh has been caught with the help of army officials. Bhavesh has been caught by army officials in Uttarakhand. After carrying out the incident, he had gone on duty. Alwar police have left for Uttarakhand to arrest him. After the arrest in this case, the report of the case will be sent to the army. Soon other accused will also be arrested.
After this incident, the accused were pressurizing the victim by threatening in the name of a minister in the state government. After this, the victim sent a letter to the Chief Minister and wrote that the accused had said that the police could not do anything to them, the minister is a relative, he comes to their house. After this, the victim made a written complaint to the SP and appealed for help, in which it was said that if justice was not given, then she would be forced to commit suicide.
