Kashi Vishwanath Dham to Get Security Upgrade, Digital Museum and Vedic Institute

To strengthen security of Shri Kashi Vishwanath Dham, the control room and cameras will be modernized and upgraded soon, official sources said here today.
Sources said that besides, a state-of-the-art digital museum will be set up in the Dham. “To accelerate the commercial activities of the Dham, the allocation of vacant spaces in the Emporium will also be completed soon”.
On Thursday evening, under the chairmanship of Divisional Commissioner S Rajlingam, a meeting of Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple Trust Parishad, Shri Kashi Vishwanath, Vishisht Kshetra, Vikas Parishad and Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple Executive Committee was held in the Divisional Commissioner Auditorium.
In the meeting, a proposal was passed to renew the identity cards of daily visitors from time to time. A decision was also taken by Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple Trust to establish a Vedic Education and Training Institute on the plot located in Mirzapur.
For easy darshan of devotees, the roads up to Shri Kashi Vishalakshi Mata Temple will be widened, for which the necessary buildings will be purchased soon. Apart from this, it was decided to provide devotees with Laddu Prasad and Rudraksha Mala as an alternative along with easy darshan.
Under the Sangam Tirtha Water Exchange Scheme, all the Jyotirlingas will be connected with this scheme.
