It is worth noting that the Department of Science, Technology and Technical Education is continuously making efforts to connect technical education with the needs of industry. The recent divisional-level Industry-Institute Meet was an important step in this series, establishing direct dialogue between government engineering and polytechnic institutes and industry representatives. The Department regularly coordinates with various industrial institutions, conducting placement-based activities and skill-oriented initiatives. These students' selections at prestigious institutions like Maruti Suzuki and Tata are a result of the Department's ongoing process to continuously create employment opportunities for technical students in various sectors.
