Regional Passport office, Patna, under Ministry of External Affairs of Government of India will be organizing a Passport Adalat on 12 November 2025 at Regional Passport Office, Public Hall, 2nd Floor, Block-D, Maurya Lok Complex Patna. This initiative is part of RPO Patna and MEA's Passport Seva Project's commitment to delivering citizen-centric services in an accessible, efficient and timely manner.

The Passport Adalat will address passport / Police Clearance Certificate related grievances of applicants, which are pending for more than 6 months. The Regional Passport Officer, Patna and her team of senior officers will directly interact with the applicants for on-spot disposal, as far as possible, of their grievances.

Passport applicants who have submitted their applications on or before 31st March, 2025 and which are still pending can submit their willingness along with File/ARN number to the Regional Passport Office, Patna through email (only email registered with RPO Patna at the time of application) at the email id of RPO, or via speed post or registered post at the address mentioned below:

The correspondence (email or postal) of the applicant willing to attend the Passport Adalat must reach Regional Passport Office on or before 4th November, 2025. The email or envelope must be clearly marked as PASSPORT ADALAT – 12 November, 2025.

This office will not be able to allow any applicant to participate in the Passport Adalat without receipt of the aforementioned email / letter along with the ARN / File no.
