Probationer IAS Officers of Bihar Cadre Receive Training in Urban Development Programs

9 probationer IAS officers of 2023 batch of Bihar cadre received training in the Urban Development and Housing Department on Wednesday. During this, they were given detailed information about various projects run by the Urban Development Department such as Swachh Bharat Mission, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, Namami Gange, Amrit Yojana, Chief Minister Samagra Vikas Yojana etc.

The officers were told about the financial share of the central and state government in these schemes. Apart from this, they were made aware of the working system of urban bodies, tax system etc.

The project officers of the department, Mr. Devendra Suman and Mr. Mrityunjay Kumar told the probationer IAS officers about the departmental structure through presentation.
