Punjab’s Narinder Singh Wins National Teacher Award 2025

Narinder Singh, a dedicated teacher at Government Primary School, Jandiali, Ludhiana, has been selected for the 'National Teacher Award 2025', a proud moment for Punjab. This recognition highlights his commitment to quality education.

Punjab School Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains congratulated Narinder Singh, praising his innovative teaching, dedication, and ability to inspire students. He noted that this achievement motivates other educators to make a positive impact.

The award ceremony will take place on September 5, 2025, at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi, where Narinder Singh will receive a merit certificate, ₹50,000 cash prize, and a silver medal.

Expressing gratitude, Narinder Singh, who joined the education department in January 2002, credited his students, colleagues, and the department for this honor. He vowed to continue striving for excellence.

With community and government support, Jandiali School now boasts 15 smart classrooms, three libraries (including a mobile library), and three specialized parks for handwriting, mathematics, and IT.
