The newly constructed internal office of the Rural Works Department was formally inaugurated today by Hon'ble Minister Shri Ashok Choudhary. The program was organized in the Departmental Assembly Hall, Visvesvaraya Bhawan (5th Floor), Patna, in which Departmental Secretary Shri B. Rajendra and other senior officials were also present.

On this occasion, the Hon'ble Minister said that this new internal office equipped with modern facilities is an important step to make the work of the department more smooth and effective. While wishing the departmental officers, he said that this new office will give more speed to the administrative work and will further improve the efficiency of the department.

The program was held after the Legislative Assembly session, in which the officers and employees of the department also participated. During the inauguration ceremony, various schemes and upcoming projects of the department were also discussed.
