Three-Year-Old Drowns in Artificial Pond at Bengaluru Photo Studio

A three-year-old boy died after allegedly drowning in an artificial pond at a photo studio on the outskirts of Bengaluru, police said on Sunday.

The incident occurred on Saturday during a photo shoot in Giddenahalli, under the Madanayakanahalli police station limits.

According to police, the child was playing nearby while his mother was busy with her friend's photo shoot. The boy reportedly fell into the artificial pond at the studio and drowned.

He was rushed to a hospital where doctors declared him dead.

A case has been registered and police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the tragic incident.

The case raises questions about safety measures at photo studios that feature water bodies or artificial ponds as props, particularly when children are present on the premises.

Further details are awaited as the investigation progresses.
