Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s resolve—‘Work for every hand, respect for every youth’—is set to take a new leap with the three-day Rojgar Mahakumbh 2025, scheduled from August 26 to 28 here.

The mega event will provide lakhs of youth in Uttar Pradesh with direct access to industries, opening vast avenues of jobs and employment while marking a milestone in the state’s employment and skill revolution, officials said here today.

A major highlight of the event is the large-scale participation of renowned companies from India and abroad. More than 100 reputed companies will take part, collectively offering employment to over 50,000 youth across diverse sectors.

The Rojgar Mahakumbh 2025 will host international leaders in technology and innovation, such as Wadhwani AI, Microsoft, and Intel, creating a direct gateway for youth into the startup and research ecosystem.

These companies will open career paths in software development, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and hardware design—particularly benefiting engineering and technical graduates of Uttar Pradesh. Alongside, e-commerce giants like Flipkart and Amazon Web Services (AWS) will provide opportunities in supply chain management, logistics, data analytics, and online retail operations.

The financial and banking sector, too, will be well-represented. At the same time, major players like Mahindra from the manufacturing and automobile industry will create vast openings for mechanical engineers and youth with industrial training.

Thus, while thousands of youth will secure meaningful employment through this initiative, companies will also gain renewed energy and skilled talent. Guided by the visionary leadership of CM Yogi Adityanath, the event is poised to give a new thrust to the state’s economy, industrial growth, and investment landscape.

The three-day Rojgar Mahakumbh will function through three dynamic platforms, Employment Conclave – enabling youth to interact directly with policymakers, industry leaders, and education experts, On-spot Interviews & Placement Drives – where companies will hire talent directly, offering jobs to over 50,000 candidates, and Exhibition Pavilion – showcasing Uttar Pradesh’s progress, new industrial policies, and its skill development model.
