It's the Badshah's birthday, and the celebrations just got grander for fans! On the occasion of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan's 60th birthday, audiences were treated to a thrilling surprise — the official title and teaser of his much-anticipated action entertainer, King.

Produced by Red Chillies Entertainment and Marflix Pictures, the film marks SRK's second collaboration with director Siddharth Anand after the blockbuster Pathaan.

The one-minute, eleven-second teaser packs a punch with its gripping visuals, high-octane sequences, and a darker, edgier version of Shah Rukh Khan than fans have ever seen before. Sporting silver hair, piercing eyes, and a brooding demeanor, the superstar steps into the shoes of a ruthless, enigmatic character.

One of the most talked-about moments features SRK delivering a chilling dialogue, "Kitne khoon kiye, yaad nahi. Achhe log the ya bure, kabhi pucha nahi. Bas unki aankhon mein ehsaas dekha ki ye unki aakhri saas hain. Aur mein uski wajah."

Adding to the intrigue, Khan holds a 'King of Hearts' playing card, a symbol of his iconic real-life romantic title. The teaser concludes with his ominous line, "Dar nahi, deshath hoon."

The teaser instantly set social media ablaze, with fans flooding the internet with reactions ranging from awe to excitement. "My lord... he is back and how!" wrote one user, while another declared, "Box office gonna blasttttt!" Others expressed relief as the teaser confirmed a 2026 release, putting an end to rumors of delays.

Described by the makers as Siddharth Anand's "biggest mass action film yet," King promises to raise the bar for Indian action cinema with its scale, style, and storytelling.

With Shah Rukh Khan in a never-seen-before avatar and Anand's signature flair for spectacle, King is all set to redefine the action genre when it hits theatres in 2026. He played the title role in the 1999 film Badshah.
