Overcoming the challenges women face working from home is a valid topic that needs attention. In order to address this need, this topic was discussed in one of the sessions, which was also attended by a panel of selected women from Hexaware. The conversation focused on an approach that could measure, acknowledge and potentially solve the challenges women faced in Hexaware.
