AAP’s “Rojgar do, Samajik Nyay do” March Concludes in Prayagraj, Promises Continued Fight for Jobs and Social Justice
Sanjay Singh criticizes Uttar Pradesh government over unemployment, exam leaks, and social discrimination, pledges seven more phases of the campaign across the state.
The "Rojgar do, Samajik Nyay do' march, which began on November 12 from the banks of the Saryu river in Ayodhya under the leadership of Aam Aadmi Party Rajya Sabha MP and Uttar Pradesh in-charge Sanjay Singh, formally concluded here on Monday on its 13th day in the Sangam city of Prayagraj.
Singh himself led the march to the Sangam River, where he stood in the waters of the Sangam and pledged to continue the fight for employment and social justice.
He stated that his resolve is to eliminate unemployment from Uttar Pradesh.
On this occasion, AAP leader Sanjay Singh also sharply criticised the Yogi Adityanath government in the state. He alleged that youth in Uttar Pradesh are not getting jobs and that papers are being leaked in recruitment exams. He also alleged that social discrimination is being perpetrated against Dalits, backward classes, and minorities in Uttar Pradesh, "which is absolutely unacceptable."
"Because hatred does not advance a family, therefore, villages, cities, states, and the country cannot progress through hatred," Singh claimed.
He stated that the AAP party will continue to fight this battle for the youth. Along with this, the fight for social justice will also continue.
Sanjay Singh has also appealed to the people to come forward to fight for their rights instead of fake issues. He said that the Yogi government says, "Wake up Hindus, wake up." But my question is, "Hindus have awakened, now the government should tell us when they will employ the youth."
He also accused the BJP government of diverting attention from real issues by using fake slogans.
Singh said that his resolve has not ended after the march from Saryu to Sangam. Rather, it is just the beginning. He further asked, "If the confluence of the Ganga, Yamuna, and the invisible Saraswati can take place in Prayagraj, then why can't people of all religions, Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs, and Christians, live together?"
He stated that the "Rojgar do, Samajik Nyay do" march will be held in seven more phases in various regions of the state, including Purvanchal, Bundelkhand, Rohilkhand, and Western Uttar Pradesh.
"AAP has been fighting for the problems of youth, farmers, Dalits and labourers and will continue to do so in future," he said.
