BCM Arya Model School, Ludhiana Leads National Cryptic Crossword Contest 2024

The twelfth edition of the national inter-school Cryptic Crossword Contest 2024 (CCCC 12.0) kicked off with its practice round on Sunday. Bhargav Vinayak and Abhishek Dhanda from BCM Arya Model School, Ludhiana, have taken the lead, with their school securing the top three spots on the leaderboard. They face stiff competition from teams in Bihar, Delhi, and Telangana, who are closing in with mere fractions of a second separating them.

Registration Process 

The registration for the CCCC 12.0 is completely free and can be done on the official website of Extra-C crypticsingh.com or through https://cccc.crypticsingh.com/register.aspx Username and password will be allotted to the students at the time of registration. same should be used while playing all the online rounds.

CCCC 12.0 Complete Schedule

• First Online Round: 18th August 2024
• Second Online Round: 25th August 2024
• Third Online Round: 1st September 2024

For the rounds mentioned above, a grid of clues will be uploaded on the website www.crypticsingh.com at 1400 hours (2 pm) and the submission of answers will be accepted till 1700 hours (5 pm).

A cumulative leaderboard will be form at the end of Round 3 taking into account the marks scored by the contestants in each round. The top 100 on the cumulative leaderboard will qualify for Stage II.
