Bihar Sanskrit Education Board Begins Evaluation of Madhyama Exam 2026 Answer Sheets in Patna
With strict guidelines and surprise inspections, the Board aims for fair assessment and timely result declaration by mid-April.
The evaluation of answer sheets for the Madhyama Examination 2026, conducted by the Bihar Sanskrit Education Board, has officially begun at two designated centers in the capital, Patna: Shastri Nagar and Mainpura. Experienced teachers of Sanskrit and other modern subjects from various districts of the state have been deputed as examiners for this important process.
The Board has issued special guidelines to ensure systematic and transparent evaluation. In this regard, Board Chairman Mrityunjay Kumar Jha conducted a surprise inspection of the evaluation centers. During the inspection, he instructed examiners to evaluate answer sheets in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.
The Chairman stated that negligence will not be tolerated in this crucial task, which concerns the future of students. He instructed all examiners to ensure adherence to prescribed standards by meticulously checking answer sheets. He also instructed them to maintain confidentiality and pay special attention to quality during the evaluation process.
According to the Board's Controller of Examinations, Upendra Kumar, the goal is to complete the evaluation work within the stipulated timeframe so that the results can be published in the second week of April. To this end, necessary resources and arrangements have been ensured at the centers.
The commencement of evaluation work has also increased the curiosity among candidates regarding the results. The Board has indicated that the results of the Madhyama Examination 2026 will be declared shortly after the prescribed process is completed.
