CM Nitish Kumar Inaugurates New Sports Facilities at Rajgir Sports Academy and University
Basketball Court, Hockey Practice Turf and Indoor Hall Among Facilities Opened as Chief Minister Also Inspects Police Academy and Forensic Laboratory;

Chief Minister Shri Nitish Kumar today inaugurated the newly constructed sports facilities at Rajgir Sports Academy-cum-Sports University in Rajgir of Nalanda district. Under this, the Chief Minister unveiled the plaque and inaugurated the indoor hall number-2, basketball court, handball court, volleyball court and hockey practice turf built at Rajgir Sports Academy-cum-Sports University by cutting the ribbon. After the inauguration, the Chief Minister took stock of indoor hall number-2, basketball court, handball court, volleyball court and hockey practice turf and also released a balloon on this occasion. During the inspection, the players present there welcomed the Chief Minister by clapping. The Chief Minister took stock of the preparations for the Khelo India Youth Games, 2025 to be held in Rajgir. He also saw the sports ground and sports track. During this, the Chief Minister said that better facilities have been arranged for the players in the State Sports Academy. All things have been constructed in a good manner. Take care that Khelo India Youth Games, 2025 is organized in a better way.
After this, the Chief Minister inspected the Bihar Police Academy. During this, he took stock of the swimming pool, model police station. There he also talked to the Jeevika sisters who sew uniforms for the police. He also inspected the Regional Forensic Science Laboratory. There are already three labs working there and the Chief Minister inaugurated the fourth lab today. The Chief Minister also inspected the Passing Out Parade Ground of Bihar Police Academy. During this, he said that the construction of Bihar Police Academy has been done in a better way and all the facilities have also been taken care of. Good arrangements have been made for training here. He said that the training work of Bihar Police and Bihar Police officers should be conducted in a better way here.
