Gujarat ATS Arrests Man for Leaking Sensitive BSF and Navy Info to Pakistan
Man Allegedly Shared Classified BSF and Indian Navy Details with Pakistan;

The Gujarat Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) has arrested Sahdev Singh Gohil, a multipurpose health worker from Kachchh, for allegedly sharing sensitive information about the Border Security Force (BSF) and Indian Navy with Pakistan. ATS SP K Siddharth confirmed the arrest and shared details of the case.
According to Siddharth, the ATS received intelligence that Gohil was passing on classified information to a Pakistani agent. During a preliminary inquiry on May 1, it was revealed that Gohil had been in contact with a woman named Aditi Bharadwaj via WhatsApp in June and July 2023. Gohil reportedly learned that Aditi was a Pakistani agent who requested photos and videos of BSF and Navy sites that were either under construction or newly completed. He then began sharing these images and videos with her.
In early 2025, Gohil allegedly bought a SIM card using his Aadhaar details and activated WhatsApp on it specifically for Aditi’s use, with the help of OTP verification. From this number, which was controlled by the Pakistani agent, more photos and videos related to BSF and Indian Air Force infrastructure were shared. The ATS also revealed that Gohil was paid ₹40,000 in cash by an unidentified man believed to be part of the espionage network.
Gohil’s phone is now with forensic experts, who confirmed that the WhatsApp accounts linked to Aditi Bharadwaj were being run straight from Pakistan. Both Gohil and the Pakistani agent have been formally charged under Indian law.
This arrest is part of a bigger effort by the ATS to tackle anti-national activities across the country—especially those with ties to Pakistan. They’re focused on rooting out these spy networks to protect the nation’s security.
