In a powerful address at the Bhuj Air Force Station on Friday, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh lauded the Indian Air Force for its lightning-fast and precise execution during Operation Sindoor. He said the operation not only demonstrated India’s military strength to the world but also sent a clear message that terrorism will be met with swift retaliation.

“In the time it takes to have breakfast, you finished the job,” Singh told the air warriors, drawing loud applause. He emphasized that the mission was completed in just 23 minutes, effectively dismantling terror infrastructure based in Pakistan.

“What you achieved in Operation Sindoor has made every Indian proud—both at home and abroad. The world is watching and is in awe of the Indian Air Force,” he added. “This was not just a strike on terror camps, but a message that India will not tolerate terrorism.”

The Bhuj base itself had been a target during a recent attack by Pakistan’s military, making Singh’s visit especially significant. His trip came a day after he reviewed the security situation along the Line of Control and the International Border in Jammu and Kashmir.

In a sharp warning, Singh also urged the International Monetary Fund (IMF) to reconsider any financial aid to Pakistan, arguing that such funds risk being diverted to support terrorist activities. “Pakistan should not receive any aid that might end up in the hands of terror groups. We urge the IMF to rethink its decisions,” he said.

Singh further criticized Pakistan for sheltering anti-India groups and said it must stop allowing its territory to be used for attacks on India. Comparing the two nations, he noted, “Pakistan is seeking loans from the IMF, while India is among the countries that contribute to the IMF to support poorer nations.”
