‘Sabka Samman–Jeevan Aasan’ Public Hearing Held to Ensure Swift Grievance Redressal
Home Secretary Pranav Kumar stresses sensitivity, transparency and accountability while addressing public grievances under Saat Nishchay-3
Under the "Sabka Samman-Jeevan Aasan" scheme under Saat Nishchay-3, a public hearing was held on Monday, February 2nd, under the chairmanship of Home Secretary and Inspector General of Prisons, Mr. Pranav Kumar. This public hearing was held from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.
During the public hearing, the Home Secretary listened to all matters carefully and provided necessary guidance to the concerned officials for the prompt, transparent, and effective resolution of each case. He placed special emphasis on ensuring sensitivity, promptness, and accountability in resolving public issues.
On this occasion, Home Secretary and Inspector General of Prisons, Mr. Pranav Kumar, stated that the objective of the "Sabka Samman-Jeevan Aasan" campaign is to strengthen trust between the administration and the public by promptly resolving the problems of ordinary citizens. It is noteworthy that under the "Sabka Samman - Jeevan Aasan" scheme, the Home Department holds public hearings twice a day, Mondays from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm and Fridays from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. The department's Additional Chief Secretary, Secretary, and Special Secretary meet with complainants, listen to their problems, and provide guidelines for effective resolution.
