Meghalaya Dominates with 10-1 Victory as Khelo India Football Continues in Begusarai
Odisha defeats West Bengal 2-0 in Group A men's matches; Samborlang Langte scores hat-trick for Meghalaya;

Two matches were played between the teams of Group A of men on the second day of Khelo India Youth Games in Begusarai.
A match was played between Odisha and West Bengal at Yamuna Bhagat Stadium, Khel Gaon Barauni, Teghra, while a match was played between the teams of Meghalaya and Chandigarh at IOCL Barauni Refinery Stadium.
In a thrilling match between the teams of Odisha and West Bengal at Yamuna Bhagat Stadium, Khel Gaon Barauni, Teghra, the Odisha team defeated the West Bengal team by 2-0.
Both the goals were scored by Odisha player Vaiketesh Oram. The first goal was scored in the 36th minute and the second goal in the 77th minute. On the other hand, the West Bengal team could not even open its account. In this match, Odisha scored one goal in the first half and one goal in the second half. One Odisha player Akash Shaho was given a yellow card by the match referee in the 69th minute, while four West Bengal players namely Devamoye Chakraborty in the 23rd minute, Sujay Pal in the 43rd minute, Zahir Hussain Sardar in the 46th minute and SK Jiobul Hussain in the 84th minute were given yellow cards.
In the match between Meghalaya and Chandigarh teams held at IOCL Barauni Refinery Stadium, Meghalaya defeated Chandigarh 10-1 in a one-sided manner.
The Meghalaya team kept attacking from the beginning and scored two goals in the first 10 minutes. For Meghalaya, Damitre Kyajing scored the first goal in the 7th minute and Bangonson Nanjipling succeeded in scoring the second goal in the 10th minute. Then Ehsanbuk Bhupang scored the third goal in the 19th minute, the fourth goal in the 44th minute and the fifth goal in the 53rd minute. Then Sohlinstar Syankil scored the sixth goal in the 60th minute and Lovingstar Suting scored the seventh goal in the 62nd minute. Samborlang Langte, who came as a substitute, scored the eighth, ninth and tenth goals in the 77th, 82nd and 87th minutes. On the other hand, Nodit, a player from Chandigarh team, scored his first goal in the 47th minute which was the only goal of the team in the entire match. Due to the continuous goals of the Meghalaya team, the Chandigarh team could never come back in the match.
Both the matches held in both the stadiums were full of excitement, a wave of happiness was clearly visible in the winning teams.
