After an impressive IPL 2025 season, Vaibhav Suryavanshi has been named to the India U-19 squad for their upcoming tour of England, which will run from June 24 to July 23, 2025. Suryavanshi made a name for himself with some remarkable performances, including a stunning century against Gujarat Titans. His performances in the IPL have caught the attention of cricket fans and selectors alike.
He’ll be joined by fellow IPL sensation, Ayush Mhatre from CSK, who has been appointed as the captain of the U-19 team. The tour will kick off with a warm-up match before the team plays five Youth ODIs and two multi-day games against England U-19.

His standout performance included a memorable century against Gujarat Titans, and in just seven matches, he scored 252 runs at an average of 36 and a striking strike rate of 206.56, quickly becoming one of the season's breakout stars.
