GlassHouse at DoubleTree by Hilton Gurugram Unveils ‘Braveheart Brunch’ to Celebrate Republic Day

GlassHouse at DoubleTree by Hilton Gurugram Baani Square has planned a brunch named Braveheart Brunch on the occasion of Republic Day celebrations, featuring a three-day brunch spread from the 24th to the 26th of January in the year 2026 from 12:30 pm to 4:00 pm with a fixed cost of INR 2,500 per person.

The brunch doesn’t peg itself down on a specific region but mines its way through specific locations in the country, and the menu changes every day. The thought process, accorded by the culinary team, would be to showcase the diversity of India through known and loved dishes, and not a set narrative. They will be cooking up dishes like ‘Dalma’ from Odisha, ‘Dal Makhani’ which is a huge favourite, ‘Chicken Biryani’ from Telangana, ‘Ajmeri Kadhi Pakodi,’ and ‘Haldwani ke Aloo.’

The restaurant will have some simple Republic Day decorations, including tricolour features, flags, and lighting that will give the restaurant a festive look but will not in any way disturb its usual setting for eating. There will be music from a live singer during the brunch session.
